Dr. McMichael specializes in treating athletes of all ages, sports and genders, as well as the active general population.
Dr. McMichael earned both his bachelor’s and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland University-Kansas City (CUKC). He returned to the University as an instructor in 2017, but he continues to operate his own practice, treating patients ranging in age from newborn, to 97 years. McMichael enjoys working with athletes to alleviate sports injuries, and has been a team doctor for area high school teams. He is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, and is currently pursuing coursework to become a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physicians Diplomate, along with certifications in clinical nutrition and chiropractic rehabilitation. In his free time, McMichael enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, listening and playing music, reading and watching movies.
