We would like to thank you in advance for your interest in having one of our graduating interns in your office to enhance their knowledge and experience in managing a chiropractic practice.
Attached you will find a explaining our Preceptorship Program, an application, an office survey, and the paperwork we need to process your application. If you attended Cleveland University-Kansas City, you do not have to request a college transcript as we have one. If you attended another chiropractic college we will need your official college transcript. If you should have any questions, please feel free to contact CUKC at (913) 234-0781 or e-mail me at jeffrey.baier@cleveland.edu.
Preceptorship Attendance Records are sent in weekly, in accordance with the Preceptorship Program Guidelines. Student Evaluation should be sent in near the end of the Preceptorship, and the Doctor’s Evaluation of the Student must be sent in at the conclusion of the Preceptorship. These forms must be received by the Director of the Preceptorship program before the final grades and the diploma can be issued.
Once again, thank you for your interest in the program, the college, and the chiropractic profession.
